This has been the lowest snowfall winter we’ve had in 80 years or something; I guess we still have a couple more potentially snowy months to go, but it’s alarming, really. We’re going to have temps in the 60s/70s next week!
I didn’t realize that we’re neighbors, I’m right nextdoor in CT.
YES, I’d say we’re having a snowpocalypse or a nor’easter bomb cyclone as they’re call it, we are about to be pounded with another 13" to 20" of the white fluffy stuff with winds up to 65mph in some areas!
I’ve already charged my power backup devices, had groceries delivered, and moved the vehicles to abide by our new HOA’s parking rules. What a PITA that’s been this year! I’d rather pay higher HOA fees and have a plow service like we’ve always had in the past. This new company is making us move our vehicles and they don’t even do a good job with clearing the snow!
I regress, I suppose I could have saved that for the blame the goat thread.
It could be an age thing but I don’t remember having this much snow, in these amounts, since I was a kid!
I believe historically we get our biggest snows in March around here because gulf moisture buuuut April 15 is generally recognized as being the safe from freezing date for planting.
I feel for the rest of USA, been a crazy year, and upper East Coast about to get hammered again. South Texas and about to plant my Tomatoes… Stay Safe out there.
The last option would probably make the most sense but our version of winter is 4-6 months of intermittent rain. We have more of that coming but it will gradually increase in temperature.
I think we are done for the year.

@therealjrn IDK bout dat. I think IRS can still freeze bank accounts after that date.
@phendrick That’s why it’s easy to remember
Earth Day is April 22nd if that’s any better!
Nor’easter coming through Sunday into Monday. After getting 5 inches of snow dumped on us yesterday.
